Registry information
The esophageal, gastric and benign registries can be accessed by clicking the button above. You can login with the personal credentials that were e-mailed to you. Instructions can be downloaded from the ‘Documents’ page or by clicking here. This document explains how the case report forms can be created and completed. Once logged into the Registry, more specific instructions will appear.
